Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction

If you receive a defective device you may return it to Ameritel within 30 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within five business days of receipt of merchandise.

Refunds & Credits

No refunds are issued. All customers must fill out and RMA form in order to exchange products. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account.

Exchanges

If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed. Once the item has been received and verified, a credit of the purchase price will be issued and applied towards your next order. Please note that in some cases you may be responsible for the shipping cost to return the device to us.

Conditions

  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  • Ameritel is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Ameritel is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our responsibility is limited to the price paid for the merchandise only.
  • We are proud to stand behind the quality of our products. If the device you purchased is found to be defective or cannot be activated with the specified carrier, we will be happy to provide a full account credit upon the item's return within 30 days of your receiving delivery.
  • Our return policy will not be honored if you attempt to unlock, root, or change the operating system of the device, and it does not cover damages caused by buyer neglect or abuse. We are not responsible for compatibility issues -- the buyer needs to verify that the device is compatible with their individual wireless plan and service provider before ordering.
  • The buyer is responsible for any loss or damage of return shipments.
  • Ameritel reserves the right to change its policies at any time for any reason.

Ordering

USING THE SHOPPING CART

To place a product in your shopping cart, select size and quantity, then click the Add to Cart button on the right side of the product page. You can also view your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of your screen. Items added to the shopping cart are not removed from Ameritel’s active inventory until you proceed to checkout. If an item is in your cart and inventory is low, it may become unavailable between the time you add it to the cart and checkout. If you have more than one item in your cart, the rest of the order will be processed and the out of stock item will not ship (you will receive an email notice informing you of the order status). You will not be charged for items that don't ship. An email address is required to place an order. If you do not have an email address, you can place your order by calling us.

CHECKOUT

When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. If you decide that you don't want a particular product, click "REMOVE ITEM." Once you have all the items you wish to purchase, click the "CHECKOUT" button. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation page with your order number.
